Pills are honest: LIVE = a reachable deployed URL (behind Access where applicable), API = a read-only service with no standalone UI, PENDING = configured/merged but not at a standalone live URL yet. No surface shows LIVE without a real URL.
Status Board · latest milestones
Read-only digest of the most recent milestones. Authored clean (no confidential codenames or partner-facing language) and verified by the scrubber gate before it ships. Full detail lives in SAIL_DEV_STATUS_BOARD.md (not shipped here).
Config-driven: edit the DATA block (tiles, deploy notes, milestones) near the top of this file's script. Before deploy run node scripts/scrub-check.mjs — it fails the build if any confidential/partner term reaches the HTML. The command center is built to sit behind Cloudflare Access; Tim gates it at deploy.
